Led the UI Development team for a unified UI for NetBackup Product as Director-Development, from Sep’10 which involved connecting with the customers to understand how they used the product and to address their concerns.Worked closely with the Product Management Team to ensure the customers’ requirements were delivered in the product.Responsible for Operations and Engineering Services for NetBackup Pune Team which involved Capital Planning, Lab Management, Program Management and Information Development. Millions of dollars were required to set up the Pune lab infrastructure for a team of about 350 engineers.

Responsible for the Quality of NetBackup Family of products,shaping the Quality Engineering organization (100+ team) and introducing new and and improving existing Quality processes and methodologies.

As Sr Manager, SQA Engineering, I led Quality Engineering teams to test the product, define and implement Test processes and use different testing methodolgies to deliver Quality products. I was successful in positively turning around the quality of the products and laying out good processes to follow for future releases.
