This includes various industrial segments including water and waste water, pulp & paper, sugar, ethanol and performance chemicals. Sharad has worked in multiple functional roles within the organisation including sales, marketing, technical services, field services, product development, product application development, local and global sourcing for raw materials and ready to use products, trainings for sales, technical staff, customers including field safety, statistical analysis using control chart tools for six sigma and dosing & monitoring solution development.Sharad has good experience serving across India and South East Asia customers. Sharad is aware of importance of customer relationship management including diversity and different work cultures across the region.
