Sharad started working for Cohesive Solutions when it was just a five person company. By providing his leadership and technical expertise, this company grew to almost 75 people. As a Maximo Application Architect, Sharad has executed many critical projects and provided his though leadership and technical expertise to many clients. Sharad has developed MIF Training program at Cohesive and delivered MIF training to many customers.
