I describe myself as a passionately curious professional and a technophile, with multinational work experience (India, Australia and Germany), who actively endorses a sound work-life balance.Since September 2023, I assumed the role of DIRECTOR OF PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT with Coastal Biotech Ltd. (Tanzania, Africa), focusing on BENCHMARKING and STRATEGIC PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP DESIGN and IMPLEMENTATION for the next generation of SEAWEED-based prototypes. The focus is on SUSTAINABLE AGRICULTURE PRACTICE and AGRIBUSINESS DEVELOPMENT. As an INNOVATOR and PRODUCT DEVELOPER, I help DESIGN and DEVELOP the next generation of COSMETIC, BIOMEDICAL and HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS. It all starts with a conversation. Along the way, I fit in and channelize efforts to bridge the gap between research, technical maneuvering, business development and finally, a market launch. As a SCIENTIST and RESOURCEFUL PROBLEM SOLVER, I have customized and improved a wide range of experimental protocols for MATERIALS RESEARCH investigations, utilizing modern machinery to drive QUANTIFIABLE ACHIEVEMENT.One of my core strength is to accelerate high-level DATA ANALYSIS and INFORMATION PROCESSING based on TECHNICAL LITERACY, thereby identifying qualitative cosmetic industry trends and quantitative product benchmarks, ultimately fast-tracking DECISION MAKING.As the RESEARCH PROJECT MANAGER and CONFLICT RESOLUTION ADVISOR of 3 academia-industry collaborations (funded by German Federal Government) with Dermatest GmbH (Münster), KHK, GmbH (Hürth), and Odvital Cosmetics GmbH (Neukirchen) I currently assume / have assumed RESEARCH, MENTORING and MANAGEMENT roles. As a TECHNICAL STRATEGIST, I have helped my employer and collaborators secure IN EXCESS OF 1 MILLION EURO in terms of third party research grant funding.I work AUTONOMOUSLY and IN A TEAM with a consumer centric thinking, and a high affinity to beauty, cosmetics and market trends. I concentrate on BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS and TEAMS, am FLEXIBLE, and swiftly ADAPT to innovative insights. When I am not innovating, managing or analyzing, I am volunteering for social causes, investing smart, practicing nuances of dramatics, reading fiction and non-fiction, watching TV miniseries, stress busting over ‘Tom & Jerry’, and improving my indigenous culinary recipes.
