• Arrange material submittals for MEP projects as per project specifications, vendor list and cost effectiveness• Sourcing of electrical, plumbing and HVAC materials, Tools and equipment as per site requirement.• Receive material requisitions from site and float inquiries to vendors and suppliers.• Get quotations and prepare price comparison so that the vendors can be shortlisted for negotiation.• Price and payment terms negotiation with all material suppliers and sub-contractors.• Issuing Letter of intent to sub-contractors based on their final and lowest quote.• Process purchase orders in MS Dynamics AX 2012 ERP system.• New vendor and supplier development with good payment terms for financial flexibility of the organization.• Handling material delivery and payment issues, obtaining O & M manuals and warranty certificates.

• Send inquiries for MEP and safety materials to vendors and get quotations from them.• Prepare comparison sheets and issue purchase order to the vendor with lowest price.• Follow up for delivery of the material at main or site store.• Build up a portfolio of approved vendors and perform any other related duties as assigned.• Maintain records of goods ordered and received.

• Coordinate with National Power Control Centre regarding prompt increase/decrease in power generation corresponding to demand of electricity.• Monitor parameters of each generator (total 10) installed at power house and proactively reporting any abnormality to the concerned maintenance section hence avoiding the loss of generation and forced outage at critical hours.• Arrange and ensure safety of personnel working inside / outside the premises of power house regarding any fault before issuing him permit to work (PTW).• Calculate daily energy data of power plant and record it with all parameters.• Produce station log book at the end of the day comprising each operation performed on generators/transmission lines and every fault occurred during duty hours (addressed/pending)
