• Work extensively with children in several different communities.• Responsible for teaching children ages 3-18 in various styles and levels of dance (ballet, jazz, high kick, contemporary, lyrical, and hip-hop).• Develop ability to multi-task in an extremely busy environment. Also, developed the ability handle numerous types of situations while under pressure and improvising on the spot.• Oversee's multiple students' progress while keeping a positive learning environment.• Instructs at large high school camps consisting of 500-1000 dancers and private camps ranging from 15-50 dancers helping improve technique, confidence, and skill.• Ensures students are getting out of the classes they should and not only growing as a dancer but as a person as well.

• Plan and prepare for summer dance camps.• Create practice plans for several dance teams around the country.• Brainstorm ideas on how to get more attendance at summer events.• Implements fun teaching skills into camps.• Presents new ideas to continue to make events better.

• Create a training plan for high school dancers to make them stronger and more skilled. • Troubleshoot issues dancers may have with technique and offer solutions. • Communicate with winter season coaches to inform them of practice happenings. • Create a fun, hard working environment for young women to want to push themselves in.

• Ensure all meals served to patrons met quality standards.• Complete all side work after completion of dining service.• Deliver outstanding customer service by serving food and drinks to guests.• Effectively maintain a clean working environment during shift.• Help resolve guest problems by remaining positive, friendly and respectful.
