Managing Inventory + Merchandise Planning of Finished Goods Apparel for distribution globally.Key Responsibilities:- Maintaining Inventory, Stock Management over multiple Locations including Finished Goods production, local and international boutique locations. - Supply Allocation of Finished Goods - Demand Planning and Release of FG orders.- Monitoring and Controlling inventory integrity and data accuracy- Creating and monitoring of Stock Transfers between locations- Managing / Maintaining available inventory quantities to safety stock levels required for demand.- Supervise planned cycle counts, researching inventory discrepancies and necessary corrections. - Documenting and Controlling aged and damaged inventory.- Providing support to Procurement and Operations team, including direct reports. - Liaising with management team on inventory planning- Communicating with Boutique Managers + Sales Team on Inventory availability and location integrity.- Management of Inventory Data and correct detail information - including sku creation. - Development and implementation of processes for ethical disposal and recycling of retired textile samples. Skills: - Knowledge of supply chain management from Assembly to Finished Goods- Effective time management skills- Experience in Netsuite (Oracle)- Strong analytical, interpersonal, organisational skills - Applied skills in Excel- Ability to multi-task in a fast pace environment- Excellent written and communication skills- Reliable communication between Sales, Customer Experience, Operations and Production teams.
