Was responsible for scoping, analysis, and user validation of the insights. Within a year of launch, these features observed a net adoption of 45% from MiQ users and 28% from clients.- Owned and delivered three new market expansions of the pre-campaign insights of our Hub product in Singapore, Thailand, & Malaysia. Achieved this by mentoring the product analyst by helping him learnthe necessary big-data technology & product-specific analytical skills and working with the stakeholdersto ensure a smooth launch.
