Responsible for Handling Two Countries Logistic operations for all spare parts and finished goods ,Booking the GRN , PO and PO receipt for all Spare parts and Finished goods in ERP system, Allocating all the physically delivered parts to the respective hubs in Salesforce on a daily basis to generate invoice to the customers , following up with Aramex team for the clearance of the shipment till it reaches the destination warehouse , Preparing the invoice ,bill of lading ,packing list and delivery note and share it to Aramex with the tracking number for the shipment to be shipped smoothly. Responsible for checking the serial numbers and GRN from the Aramex team when the shipment has been received in the end destination, Monitoring and tracking cross border shipments from Dubai to Jordan and Bahrain, Approving BOE Duty charges for respective country shipments.

Worked on Sirte Oil company and waha oil company projects based in Libya, assisting the foreign purchasing department by procuring all goods from UAE and overseas , make sure that material is shipped to Libya on time , negotiating the payment terms and work on LC with overseas buyers to ease the material mobilization, In addition to that I am handling logistics and freight forwarding(Ocean & air) all equipment's to Libya , Assisting the team in Libya to finalize the freight forwarder , By taking different quotes from freight forwarders comparing the quotes and providing the freight forwarder with bill of lading, packing list MSDS (material safety data sheet) for dangerous goods to give a competitive quote in terms of shipping time and delivery time , Coordinating the shipment delivery with freight forwarder and assisting the Libyan team with necessary documents to clear the freight from the port upon its delivery. Mostly dealing with freight forwarders like DHL, Agility for dangerous goods and materials from UK ,USA to Libya.

Working on ADNOC onshore and offshore projects, acting as a focal point for all procurement and logistics related activities for the company ,-Procuring all technical purchasing materials like Pipes, fittings , stud bolts, fasteners etc related to the project , make sure that material is ease to mobilize to the offshore site, and preparing all the time sheet and supporting documents to submit to the finance for purchase order approval.- Ensuring that all the materials are delivered to our warehouse with appropriate TPI certificates and documents , co-coordinating material delivery to the focal point at site at the time of project execution, meeting new vendors and suppliers in the market according to the project requirements.-Coordinating the delivery of the material from warehouse to the esnaad port, instructing the store keeper to pack as per ADNOC offshore standards (including TPI certificates). -Assisting the material coordinator to map the part codes for the materials in the ERP system , issuing and amending the purchase order in the ERP system as per project requirements, maintain the supplier relationship , following up for the payments in finance.

Co-ordinating regular sales of northern emirates,jebel ali and facilitation of the dealers of Ador products ,supporting them with regular inquires and improving business for the company by visiting clients,handled customers like perfect engineering fzc and ashok leyland llc and emirates industrial panel,provided all technical solution for using Ador machines and consumables and successfully started the business to the company.Checking the stock levels and planning the inventory,planning the procurement of all consumables need to be ordered to the manufacturing plan.

Understood about their business, they are cost competitive supplier of air-conditioning parts and accessories like K-Flex and Pre-insulated duct system and harp refrigerants, Worked in sales support department and Coordinated with the sales order and prepared quotation for all the spare parts supplied to MEP contractors from BNC and Omega platform and assist them in case of any queries.

Hands on experience was given on piper and Cessna flights and all basic maintenance related training was given
