• Supervising and overseeing daily operations of the restaurant during the shift • Monitoring the integrity of restaurant operations and the provision of services• Assigning duties, responsibilities, and workstations to workers as seen fit by the store manager • Training workers in food preparation, and in service, sanitation and other work-related procedures • Reviewing and evaluating the performance of workers and reporting it to the store manager• Resolving guest complaints regarding food and food services.
