 Handling technical delivery of request management activities in the area of datacenter, cloud environments and network infrastructure projects. Responsible from end to end delivery of IT infrastructure for projects such as new site setup, site expansion, site termination and wireless rollout.  Supports the implementation of global standards – services, technology, delivery model, mode of operation, sourcing and coordinate the development of required solutions that fits global internal business partners demand. Work with and escalate (as required) the resp. vendor(s) in order to provide right solution to the internal business partner. Monitor the deployment process by considering the agreed SLA's and KPI's Ensure documentation and quality assurance of service fulfillment. Additional Responsibility- Wireless Coordinator in APAC for BASF 4.0 – Smart Manufacturing Augmented Reality Project. Responsibility includes;• Consults the plants regarding the choice of a connectivity model and connects all central and local resources that are needed to setup a wireless plant network• Coordinates the local and regional services for the plant infrastructure (cabling, mounting, etc.) and the central IT resources (delivery access points, Wi-Fi survey, etc.) during the planning and implementation phase.• Consultancy for suitable connectivity concepts for the plant and site Coordination on site survey for coverage• Gathering of costs for IT- and OT-equipment & providing cost estimation summary of central delivered components (including mounting and cabling in the plant)• Coordination of all involved resources for planning (wireless) connectivity on site

Position: Change Implementation Engineer Facilitate and implement basic to intermediate level logical changes for Data, LAN, WAN, and Converged Infrastructure on a network consisting of more than 40,000 Cisco devices (routers and switches). Perform change implementation involving Network Data devices: IOS upgrade for (Cisco and Nexus devices), refresh and commissioning of new sites, decommissioning of old sites (backup & erase configuration), configure VLAN, ACL, trunk, ports, port- channel, spanning tree, DHCP, NAT, apply dot1x, circuit upgrade, add wireless access point and etc.  For voice & wireless devices: IOS upgrade, AIM NM Card Replacement And Voice Mail License Upgrade, CUE card installation, Call Manager VoIP License upgrade, configure VG248, configure FAX in VG224, run SIP fix scripts, reset password on WAP and IP Phone (7921G & 7920), Increase teleworker QoS Shaper & upload speed, configure LWAP, WAP & WLC. Working directly with service providers: Verizon & AT&T, cisco support, and on-site field support team and execute back out plan as required and Perform escalation for problems or process deviation. Constantly updating CMDB, and documentation in libraries. Review Engineering Work Order to ensure standards and process are followed and assist PM, Engineering, for project/MAC/implementation activities. Selected as Top Performer twice.

 Semi-Technical role of identifying SLA severity code on incident ticket. Record and Define Root Cause of incident into SLA Reporting Tool. Preparing incident tickets into a report so that it can be presented to clients and leadership. Follow up with NOC Techs to ensure that the incident tickets are update with the correct closure code. Create proper process flow documents for team usage.
