As a member of people and culture at Sinhal Udyog, a Crystal Group venture, I handle overall HR functions, such as human resources planning, recruitment, and employee onboarding and engagement. I work with a diverse and dynamic team to support the organization's vision and values, and to foster a positive and inclusive work culture.I have a master of business administration (MBA) degree in human resources management and services from Amity University, where I gained knowledge and skills in HR, marketing, and sales. I also have previous work experience as an HR intern at GUVI Geek Networks, an ed-tech startup, where I learned about corporate culture and conducted a few business competitions that enhanced my decision-making and problem-solving skills.
