Managing the Retail segment :--Tracking product/solution requirement of the Key accounts in retail segment and offering the same by working with respective Key account managers of all the regions.- Closely working with the sales team by providing required inputs to help them improve engagements with existing accounts.- Reviewing the key accounts by involving the client's top level management and thus tracking feedback and offering corrective measures.- Following up of jobs by coordinating with key account supports and SBU's to ensure quality and timely delivery.- Coordinating accounts from all the regions and cross-selling.- Communicating inputs regarding Value added services/product/solution to the region KAM's by closely working with the R&D team.- Preparing monthly MIS on targets achieved and tracking the sales of each product/solution in the segment.
