• Preparing quantity take off for progress valuations.• Assist in the preparation of project proposals.• Prepare cost breakdown and quantities for variation works.• Certify subcontractor works.• Client relationships;1. Coordinate with client representative/engineer for preliminary design.2. Arrange meetings and finalize design concept and handover drawings.3. Present site updates and progress reports.4. Approve variation works, with additional cost and time required.• Coordination of all civil technical activities for assigned projects.• Report to the Project Manager for effective execution of all assignments.• Prepare weekly and monthly project status reports and variation orders.• Responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, conducting and monitoring the technical and management aspects of the project.• Attend client/contractor meetings and resolve engineering issues in assigned projects.• Review and approve client/subcontractor invoice• Checking quality of material as per BOQ • Preparation of Daily Progress Report & Site Diary as per Site Condition.• Checking out the quality and quantity of work executed as per drawing.• Co. ordination with Purchase department for timely delivery of material.• Co. ordination with External authority & Legal dept. for commissioning of the project including attending meetings & discussions.• Coordination with client & preparation of additional cost for their modification• Ensure work in accordance with working drawing and specification & checking contractor’s bills.• Safety and coordination with workers at site.
