• Lead Global Cyber Security function which includes architect, design, and deploys of security controls, policies, and procedures.• Extensive experience in setup and maintenance of organization-wide security programs such as Security Operations Centre (SOC), Vulnerability Management program, RED Team, Application security, Threat Hunting, Security Incident Management, Risk Management, Cloud Security, Security benchmarking, Governance, User Education, etc…• Creating an Information Security Framework in compliance with requirements, performing risk assessment, controls, gap analysis on Application Security, Data Centre Security & Networks.• Develop and maintain a threat model for the organization including assessing current security postures, vulnerabilities, risks, etc... And develop a countermeasure to prevent or mitigate all identified threats. This includes deployment and ongoing maintenance of various threat prevention technologies.• Extensive and Hands-on experience in various IT technologies such as Networks(Cisco & Juniper), Firewalls, IPS/IDS, Load Balancers, Two-Factor authentications, Software Defined Networks (Cisco ACI, Cisco SDA), Cisco ISE, HP ARUBA, RADIUS, Cisco Wireless, F5 LTM, F5 GTM, F5 APM, AWS & Azure cloud, Virtualization(VMWare), Anti-Virus/Anti-Malware, EDR, and many other tools and technologies.• Providing strategic direction to organization-wide Information Security Practices and Initiatives by collaborating with Senior Executive management along with other different stakeholders.• Managing external vendors (Including cloud vendors) and partners which includes defining requirements, negotiations, and selection.• Working closely with all cloud vendors to ensure security for all cloud-hosted applications.• Adopt emerging security technologies to protect the organization, customer data, and infrastructure. Perform Proof of Concepts and prepare documentation on the same before adopting new technologies.
