• Project coordinator and Lead Modeller for headlight and taillight projects for various Mercedes Benz models (A, B Class, CLA, GLA, GLB, EQS SUV, AMG GTR facelift)• Data development from sketch/scan data using Autodesk Alias with needed technical parameters (Highlight flow, curvature plots, draft feasibility, kinematics check) for tooling/production and part conversion to Siemens NX• Concept vehicle data modelling from sketches/ scan data, complete vehicle and part components: Instrument Panel, Steering Wheels, Door Trim and exterior components (Front Bumper and Rear Diffuser)• Interior Trim panel B and C side surfaces development, with fixture and rib design, doghouse, pushpin for Interior Trim panels using CATIA V5• Quick modelling of Concept Vehicle Steering Wheels, Instrument panel, Switch panel and controls• Photorealistic renders using VRed, Blender, Unreal Engine 5

• Senior Class A modeler for Opel, Cadillac, Buick and Chevrolet Vehicles ( Interior Trim and Garnish, Headliner) encompassing various models ( Astra, Corsa, Insignia, Impala, Cruze)• Math data development of Interior Trims as per sketch data and implementation of final Gap and Flushness parameters, minimum tooling radii, tooling requirements• Class A data development for Alloy wheels, Wheel covers and Structure Wheels for multiple General Motors vehicles• Basic exposure to clay modelling, clay milling techniques, hand modelling• Model verification using Siemens NX for data delivery• Working knowledge of Siemens Teamcenter, Automotive Edition
