*Responsible in preparing and verifying payroll inputs including pay discrepancy for 20K+ employees. *Amplifying the new joiners about company policies, procedures and ensuring the completion of joining formalities.*Coordinating with Insurance team and employees for utilizing their insurance benefits.*Managing employee queries with regard to – deductions, LOPs, allowances etc.,*One-stop POC with banking personnel for all necessities including account creation & queries handling.*Responsible to ensure the smooth transition of employees’ promotions and generating statutory documents.
