● Responsible for project management of products compliance under private label program with country requirements.● Independently determines project scope, develops a preliminary plan of investigation, and determines project specifications such as cost, time, and sample requirements by analyzing client input, available supplemental data, and product construction.● Product Safety & Performance Testing, Reporting and Project management as per National & International standards, good understanding of global product regulations spanning across Safety, Energy Efficiency for a wide spectrum of product categories.● Construction verification of the product and providing the feedback to the customer with the gap analysis report to meet the standard requirement.● Provide support to the manufacturer in preparing Instruction, service, installation manual and Labels based on standard requirements.● Making appropriate test plan, component validation and approbation and test report as per the standard requirement and the product construction for certification and ensure the test plan are executed with the technical specification.● Managed NABL, CBTL and BIS Audits to obtain accreditation.● Quality work to meet NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) which includes quality management and testing facility as per ISO/IEC 17025

● Product Testing as per IEC and IS Standards such as IEC 60335 series, IEC 60950 and IEC 60065.● Under minimal supervision, independently manages execution and timely completion of engineering projects in multiple product categories by analyzing project scope and determining project specifications.● Preparation of standards operating procedure (SoP) for the testing equipment’s as well for test cases as per respective standards.● Coordinating in the development of test equipment and fixtures for the unique products.
