a) Operation Responsibilities: Assigned to handle the entire Finance & Accounting activities of 2 UK Clients having the turnover of 200 Mio GBP of one client & 180 Mio GBP of another client & also managed one Indian company which had turnover of 40 Mio INR. The Tasks handled in this profile was • Updating & review of books of account on regular basis & closure of books of account on quarterly, Half yearly & annually of all the above three clients.• Managing a team of 10 members divided based on the requirement of above three clients.• To formulate the plan & implement the procedures to be followed on the process of Accounts Payable, Receivables, Bank reconciliation and General ledger activities. • Direct & Control the team on the Daily activities with regard to Input and output controls to ensure no deviation on the quality of work.• Reviewing monthly payment process of the major expenditure of the organisation.• Co-ordinating with the clients various functional departments & assist them on the yearend audit closures. • Reviewing & reporting to client the daily performance report to ensure that there is no compromise on quality of work on daily basis.• Training the team members periodically on the process & provide the timely assistance.b) Experience on Soft Skills & HR Related Activities:• Monthly Performance appraisal of associates/Executives.• Recruitment of the account associates.• Preparation of Monthly payroll.

 Experience on Statutory, Internal & Tax Audit: • Experience in Statutory audit, internal audit & Tax audit of various manufacturing, Service organisation, traders, Dealers & franchises. The audit handled on the clients like running business of CHA agent, Polythene sheet Manufacturing company, Skoda dealers, Hotel industries & various other business.• Experience in Communicating with Tax Authorities & Statutory authorities on behalf of the clients on the Assessments. • Experience in preparation of financials & Schedules to financial statements as per Schedule VI & also ensure that the accounts prepared on complying with the Accounting standards/GAAP.• Experience in the Matters of Company Law procedures & Compliance like incorporation of companies, Procedure for filing the returns of ROC & other procedures of Companies Act.• Experience in Preparation of Companies Audit Report. • Preparation of Tax Audit report for various Private Companies and Partnership Firms on complying with the provisions of Income tax act.• Experience in the indirect taxation like Registration of Service tax, Central Excise, VAT & filing the returns of indirect taxes. • Experience in the internal audit of public company having a turnover of 100 Crore. • In charge for 15 + private limited companies of (SME’s) audit and Tax filing & one Public Limited company.• Experience in Preparation of Projected or budgeted financials.

Articled Assistant & Audit Assistant:-• As a part of team done a statutory audit & Tax Audit of 15+ Clients.• As a part of team involved in VAT Audits of various clients like Jewellery trading, various manufacturing industries. • As a team member involved in periodical stock verification of various manufacturing industries.  Other Areas:• Accounting of journal entries of individuals, partnership firms, Domestic company clients & also Non profit organisations• E-filing of Income tax returns, TDS Returns, VAT Returns & Service Tax Returns & Excise returns.
