Key Functional Areas: Defect Reduction, Amazon Acting as a Consultant on various projects and initiatives for EU region and supporting in quantifying impact and connecting with stakeholders to get process sign-off. Program managing the Quality Audit program for Bangalore node along with leading and managing the quality team. Key Functional Areas: Inbound Support Service (ISS) and Customer Service (CS)  Identifying and initiating process improvements across node that resulted in FTE saving and KPI improvement. Performing Quality Audit for ISS UK market place and providing feedback to the associate for error committed. Reporting month on month errors to management and work towards quality improvements.  Mentoring the ISS and CS team of 50+ folks on issues related to tickets and supporting on day to day challenges. Escalation management POC across OU between various stakeholders like amazon vendors, fulfilment centre, retail teams across globe and various support teams. SOP standardization every quarter as per the learnings and training teams to ensure that process is followed. Sharing best practices across nodes to ensure updates are shared with larger teams and process standardization done across all organization unit (OU).Attainments:• Won global Rewards and Recognition in Q4’14 for performing Barcode reconciliation for 24 vendors.• Saved 3 FTE against the target of 1.5 FTE saving in 2014.• Increased ISS team quality from 80% to 96% against the target of 95%. Key Functional Areas: UK Hardlines Inbound Support Service  Working on ISS Tickets and ensuring targets on Productivity and SLA are met.  Working with Retail and Vendors to create engagement for faster resolution of ISS tickets. Doing reporting such as attendance and headcount updating and WBR report. Attainments: Achieved 100% SLA in PC category of resolving TTs Recued the open TTs count from 150 tickets to just 17 tickets against the inflow of 40 tickets per week within 6 weeks. Done Knowledge/Best Practices Sharing sessions with other Teams in the Process.
