Operation:• Responsible for line-ups prior or after for product movements. i.e. Receipt, loading, unloading transfer operations etc.• Making receipts plans, manpower planning, Responsible for the safe and efficient Tank Farm Operation, Loading Tanker Trucks, Operations of Petroleum Products & Chemicals Loading and Unloading, Storage and Delivery.• Blending operation as per client.• Make daily loss gain report and find out about any abnormal loss/gain, result of the loss gain and control the same• Stock reconciliation, Daily dispatch planning, Cargo Thru put, Tank bottoming and related documentation etc.• Document preparation of all the activity involved in operation.• Marine tankers, stock accounting along with their Out-Turn Report and tank stock position.• Supervise all Petroleum Products Bulk Movements in the Terminal (Marine Tanker loading and Unloading, Bunkering, Tank Truck Loading, Inter-Tank and Tank-to- Tank Transfers, Pipeline Transfer Operations)• Ensure all the Product transportation & transfers are correct and valid which includes checking of Bill of entry, Delivery order, invoice etc.• Coordinating with Surveyors dedicated by individual clients for the product quality and quantity.• Stock accounting, preparation of Out turn reports after every operation.
