★ sharath is now into a new role as an Analyst for the tactical procurement team supporting the entire African continent for Diageo.★ Sharath was managing the complete procure to pay (P2P) of 5 distribution centers and 2 warehouses. He identifies the vendors for the requirements of the company and gets the quotation from them and plays a important role of negotiation for cost saving for the company. He controlled the entire security and housekeeping with is subordinates for these distribution centers and warehouses. He initiates PO post identifying the vendor after getting the best price in SAP. Post delivery of goods, He initiates payments to the vendor within the credit terms. He keeps a close look at the daily tracker of security and house keeping and also aligns vendors for repair and maintenance. And off course, fleet management is a part of his job which is the most important part of a E-Commerce business. ★ Sharath has worked as Senior Finance & Accounts Analyst at IBM INDIA PVT LTD. He was handling the Recurring Module, GR/IR clearance through MR11, vendor clearance, MIRO activity,RC creation,invoice processing, Denied party auditing and identifying using ACL Analytics, E-mail writing, Client interaction & Co-ordination along with the working on excel.
