The workforce is about 400 employees on an average.Roles & Responsibilities• Reporting to the Director of Human Resources.• Support day to day process in Human Resources and assist in accordance with policy and procedure administration, mentoring managers and employees, employee engagement, training, performance management, on-boarding, benefits and recruitment, talent management and retention.• Executes separations including ensuring exit interviews are conducted and working with internal leaders to improve retention by utilizing feedback received during exit interviews.• Enable management of employee requests on an on-going basis, these may include vacation requests, transfers, employee certificates, etc.• Liaising with PRO Department for visa applications and cancellation processes.• Help manage and monitor the Human Resource Information system effectively to ensure that correct and complete information is stored in the system and is used effectively for the benefit of the organization.• Handle and respond to employee grievances; conduct thorough employee investigations as required.• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management and generate HR data reports and assess as needed.• Organize all correspondences and documentation with the insurance companies, which include Property All Risks, Public Liability, Workmen Compensation, Motor Insurance, and Marine Insurance.
