Worked at this busy resto-bar as an assistant manager, making sure everything was running properly and also collecting the entry fees on weekends. My role was also to assist the manager in operations side and to train the staff on how to talk to the customers.

SmallAll was started in the 2nd year of bachelor's degree as an import/e-commerce firm where we used to import keychains and other pop culture merchandise from China and sell them on Amazon, here in India.We did this mainly because we wanted to do something in college and learn more than what the faculty was teaching.The keychains business eventually stopped and after a gap of about 1-1.5 years, SmallAll became a distribution company for mobile accessories, starting with Anker and taking Stuffcool and Ambrane on the way.The distribution business was in a B2B environment, where my role was to make the retailers take our product and sell them in their store. Dealing with people way older than me made me learn a lot in terms of how to talk to someone and how to convince someone to buy our product.
