At Melorra, I am responsible for overall business , growth, integrated marketing communication and long-term brand strategy. I work in a team of 15 and our team is focused on expanding customer base and retaining existing customers.In a short span , I have delivered 7x growth in revenue and 50% improvement in marketing efficiency. Signed Shraddha Kapoor as the brand ambassador and launched the first ever TVC for Melorra.I also played a vital role in re-crafting the brand key and guideline documents based on consumer insights and market-gap. Ethnicbay.com was a platform created to bring ethnic crafts, weaves and food into a single platform by closely working with the craftsmen, artisans and weavers, thereby enabling them to sell on a larger platform which otherwise they might not have access to. As Co-Founder, I was responsible for vendor on-boarding, sales and marketing and overall business growth. Within the tenure of 1 year, I successfully on-boarded close to 50 vendors and scaled business to around 300 orders per month before pivoting. I worked with a team of proactive sales, marketing and IT professionals and oversaw everything right from setting up the website to adding products and variants on a daily basis.

BlueStone.com is one of the largest online jewellery selling platforms in India. I started as an external consultant on Oct'15 before joining them full-time. Customers can easily browse through products and see which of these sites offer them for best price besides offering quality.As Lead-Marketing, at Mysmartprice I handled the marketing initiatives including Digital Marketing and Product Management activities related to Marketing and User Engagement. I used Adwords, Facebook Ads, Search and Remarketing techniques extensively to improve reach and web presence. I also worked with various adnetworks to scale up traffic and customer base of Mysmartprice.I successfully scaled up the paid marketing initiatives to increase the store traffic and thereby increased the revenue by over 30%, identified new opportunities for search campaigns which improved the efficiency and increased the scale by 40% and I build the marketing plan for new digital marketing properties to scale up the customer acquisition.I worked with different digital marketing agencies and partners to increase and improve the reach of Mysmartprice, which eventually did turn into a reality.

Myntra.com is one of the oldest and most leading names amongst the Online Shopping sites in India. I joined them way back during the inception, 8-9 years earlier, when the role of online advertising in e-commerce industry was just starting to surface.I was primarily responsible for Customer Retention and Loyalty with the objective of increasing the life time value of a customer. I was also responsible for setting up of Facebook as a performance marketing channel with Myntra being one of the first e-commerce Firms in India to do so. I was also a core team member of the Sales team responsible for the overall Revenue.Within a short time span, my team improved revenue by 10x. As a part of the 3-member team, I acted as Chief Revenue Manager and contributed to CRM and Loyalty significantly.I designed and implemented Myntra’s Loyalty Program, 'My Privilege', a first in Indian e-commerce besides leading the Customer Experience Projects to increase the retention rate through improved experience. In addition, I conceptualized personalized communication features on website resulting in a 30% increased conversion. I also designed transaction forecasting model basis that helped in making targeted marketing more effective.
