With over a decade of experience in evaluation, strategic planning, human-centered design, system change, and cross-collaboration, I have a solid track record of creating cultures of learning and generating positive social impacts. I am passionate about developing and implementing strategic plans and innovative visions. I also have extensive experience in community assessments, quantitative and qualitative data collection and analysis, insight mining, data visualization, KPI development, and execution. As the principal investigator on multiple federal grants and leader of multiple evaluation teams, I am skilled in leading and managing complex projects. Currently, as the Vice President of Impact at MetaFund, I work closely with nonprofits, for-profits, and government agencies to create innovative funding solutions addressing the complex needs of Oklahomans in four key areas: affordable housing, quality jobs, child well-being, and community health.
