He has rich experience working across diverse teams and people, having lived and worked in India, United States, Netherlands, South East Asia and Israel. One of his founding vision of KeyValue is to build, nurture and grow a product engineering hub with a thriving culture from India.He is obsessed with building a learning organization where each colleague represent the values, learn-nurture-and-grow themselves as well as their team and colleagues. A Principal Architect at heart, Sharbel plays a role in providing end-vision, architecture reviews, product scalability and continuity for all the products KeyValue ships.
