Oversees the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council's Imagining Canada's Future and Stakeholder Engagement teams. Mobilizes social sciences and humanities research and talent to address future and emerging societal challenges for Canada.At Immigration, Citizenship and Refugees Canada, oversaw the management of contentious, sensitive and complex immigration cases, the rendering of decisions on certain complex cases, and processing support for emergency situations. At the Library of Parliament, directed the collection strategy, current awareness and media monitoring. Championed the building of an Indigenous language learning and reference collection to support the use of Indigenous languages in Parliament.At CSIS, oversaw open source research, current awareness and media monitoring. Developed procedures for the collection, retention, and use of publicly available datasets to ensure compliance with new legislation.Led Canada’s open source delegations at international forums and established a seven-nation community of practice.
