-Preparation of techno-commercial proposal for received RFQs based on offer drawing, design feasibility and systematic technical review with internal CFT. -Advanced Product Quality Planning of new development Coil Spring and Stabilizer Bar Assembly projects. -DFMEA of new projects and review with customer and internal CFT. Design Verfication and Validation Planning and report preparation as per various customer drawings and standards. -Drawings for coil spring, stabilizer bar, assembly and link assembly as per finalisedspecifications and getting it released from customer. -Documentation to convert all design and drawing requriements from customer to manufacturing instructions for production team. -Development and delivery of prototypes of nominated products as per customer milestones and APQP. -Gate Reviews with CFT as per respective development schedule of customer, monitoring of projects after SOP and then safe launch to Mass Production. -Single point of contact for major OEMs viz. Mahindra, Renault, PSA, FCA, Vinfast andsuppliers viz. Knorr-Bremse, Wabco-ZF, Tenneco and Gabriel.
