• Operation and maintenance of Consent Gateway on Unix and Linux servers. Handling SMS, Data Charging Records, CDRS, Refill and account adjustment. • Analyzing complex data of CDRs and configuration using Linux server and oracle. •  Worked on Shell scripts to run, kill, Monitor, backup and archive all files for Server. •  Responsible for setting crontab jobs on the servers. •  Responsible to reduce high disk space utilization  Incident handling and service tickets related to direct query from customer through ticketing tool and Jboss SMS Box, JVM, Apache webserver applications checking. •  internal mail systems meanwhile providing proper resolution following ITIL process. Planning activities on defects and raising change request (CR) with MOPs.•  KPI making and tracking for any deviation from daily trend and sending data to CRM. •  Handling charging and conversion of all Reliance Jio consumer base. Looking after consent through SMS, Jio tune, IVR and selfcare. •  Maintaining good health of all related servers.•  Checking Bearer gateway for MO and MT message successful delivery and receipt. •  Configuring scheduled jobs in shell scripts as per requirement.•  OAM and Reporting server handling for proper generation of reports. •  Hands on HP-Service Manager, AppDynamics and PIM.
