Shardul helps steer growth of the direct marketing arm at Stauer. He manages and analyzes costs, paper and print requirements and negotiates with printers and brokers. He assists with house file and prospecting plans. He contributed to data mining, modeling, developing a Name Flow Model.

Shardul worked as a senior Doctoral faculty in School of Business, Technology and Healthcare Administration at Capella University. He taught doctoral level courses in Research Methods, Management of IT and other subjects, served as the advisor to doctoral candidates through their research programs and works with them at Capella Residency programs around the country.
