Voted chapter President after 8 months and with the assistance of management team, we built up the chapter to qualify for Super Chapter status within 3 months. Named Outstanding Chapter President of the year for 2008 out of 46 chapters.

Led a small team that originated residential & commercial real estate loans. Started a monthly luncheon for high producing real estate agents, overhauled the setup of office Calyx system for improved tracking and reporting.

Founded company focused on providing unique mortgage services for clients and business partners. A mortgage was approached as part of a client's overall financial strategy, requiring interaction with Financial Planners, CPA's and Estate Planners. Annual Mortgage Reviews were developed and implemented. Proprietary communication and status systems were developed.

Started a team that originated residential and commercial real estate loans. Implemented AUS systems for the company and reconfigured Genesis LOS system for TILA compliance, tracking and reporting. Handled company's move to Encompass LOS, developed processing procedures, led weekly sales meetings, handled training and marketing efforts.
