I joined KPMG GDC’s management team in 2013 to lead the insourcing of audit support operations from a third party. Senior Program Manager : Financial Solutions COE, 2012-13• Managed the integration of FPAR vertical (200 HC) from Global Analytics COE to Financial Solutions COE to create one analytics engine for HP Finance;• Led the project management of “Revised Operating Model for Expense” program and delivered 100 FTE efficiency globally - awarded the CFO Winners Circle Award for excellence in project execution.Delivery Manager : Global Analytics COE, 2010-11• Led a team of data scientists to provide key customer insights to the Enterprise Group’s worldwide marketing teams and delivered over $10 Mn business impact through cross-sell and up-sell campaigns;• Led the data warehousing & process automation practice and transformed it through focus on better client engagement, new technology adoption & enhanced talent development.

Business Development Head : Internet Banking, 2009 : Ramped up online payment transactions (Direct Debit, Bill Pay & Pre-paid Recharge) by 70% YoY through new merchant signups and activation campaigns including a 3 month ‘Festive Promotion’ (Rs 150+ Mn Fee).Alternate Channels & Analytics Practice Head : Business Intelligence, 2006-08• Drove over 300 campaigns monthly to generate INR 5000+ Mn of new Home & Personal loans (15% of monthly book) through cross sell and upsell campaigns targetting 25 Mn Retail & SME customers on non-branch channels (Call center, Mailers, SMS & ATM); • Launched analytics driven Event Based Marketing (EBM) campaigns resulting in 50% lift in ROI and automated customer on-boarding & activation campaigns;• Delivered analytical solutions to bank’s new focus areas (NRI & Global Remittance, Private Banking and international subsidiaries in UK, Canada, Germany & GCC);• Led channel innovation to launch new alternate channels including 'Loan on the Spot' for pre-approved loans on EDC terminals and ‘Financial Zone’ offers micro-site for 3Mn+ corporate salary accounts.

Regional Sales Manager : Managed new market development for sales of Tally accounting software, value added services and learning solutions in Oman, Bahrain & Qatar markets. Helped achieve 60% new sales market share within a year of market launch.

Business Manager : International Education Business, 2002-05 : Led New Business Development in emerging geographies and onboarded partners for launch of NIIT’s learning solutions in Russia, Bulgaria, Fiji, Mexico & Colombia.Network Development Manager : India Education Business, 1998-2002 : Enabled signup of 2000+ new partners across 1200+ locations in India by developing franchise business models for delivering IT education & training.
