I am responsible for troubleshooting issues the customers may experience with reagents and instrumentation such as the TANGO Infinity, IH-1000, IH-500, IH-Reader 24, IH-Centrifuge L and IH-Incubator L. My duties also require training customers how to operate these instruments and walk them through minor troubleshooting techniques.
