• Familiarizing yourself with the BANF initiative, reviewing existing documents, andconducting interviews with key leaders to understand the context and history.• Collaborating with the evaluation team to train BANF collaborators in the OutcomeHarvest process and outcome identification.• Facilitating meetings and groups of BANF collaborators to identify and articulatetheir learnings with the Outcome Harvesting Methodology.• Scheduling and conducting meetings (virtual or in-person) with external validatorsidentified by BANF collaborators.• Collaborating with the evaluation team to compile data and conduct an initialanalysis of findings.• Presenting initial findings to BANF collaborators and working together to interpretfindings and develop final recommendations.• Collaborating with the BANF leadership team to support the overall goals of theinitiative.• Capacities for reflective response.

This is an 18-month journey as an Artist in Residence in Performing Arts at The Anderson Center for the Arts. This role will allow me to explore and develop new creative projects, collaborate with fellow artists, and contribute to the vibrant cultural community of the Center. ·Implement the department Civic Strategic Plan & Public Art Plan, development of a granting program and ensure plans are accurate and amended based on the City Councils’ Goals.·Develop initiatives designed to support and encourage the community’s cultural vitality and assist the growth of the City of Sugar Land’s creative sectors. ·Participate in the preparation of artist selection processes to ensure goals and standards are met. ·Consult and function as a liaison with outside organizations and businesses with hosting Arts & Cultural events/programs at City venues. ·Develop business contacts to foster corporate sponsorship of Arts & Cultural activities/programs. ·Prepares and monitors program and project budgets in compliance with City policies/procedures and seeks alternative funding sources.·Prepares and makes presentations to public committees, PARCS Board, City Commissions and community groups. ·Draft policies and procedures and conduct best practice research for operation of the Arts & Cultural events/programs/services.·Work with general direction, organize and manage citywide cultural and/or arts function within the Parks & Recreation Department and in support of the PARCS Advisory
