I have a master’s degree in Retail Management ( MBA) with Five & half  years’ experience in retail industry. Have had the responsibility of creating efficient and accurate retail management procedures. Involved in the assessment of procedures conducted to drive continual improvement and maintain best in class status. Having negotiates contractual relationships with accounts, Procurement and other product knowledge concerns. Coordinates changes in management and other ongoing customer service issues. Able to reconcile inventories and coordinate annual physical inventory procedures. Advanced computer literacy especially where any retail  software applications are concerned.
