Responsible for settlement of Fixed Income trades into Intercompany as well as with external counterparty of ASIA and DTC Market.Ensuring smooth settlement and confirmations in various markets like domestic: - Austraclear CMU, MAS, CDP, CREST, DTC, FEDWIRE and International markets: - Euroclear and Clearstream.Executed daily fixed income trades.Alignment of position from various depositories and accountsClearstream & Euroclear Funding and SwitchingPerform cash and stock recon on Daily basis.Ensuring all the KPI are met as per the set standards.Reviewing and approving various manual instructions on a day-to-day basis.Interacting/Following-up with Front Office, Middle Office, Cash Management team and Counterparties.Monitoring buy in, Exchange/High value trades and working to get these avoided.Responsible for liaising with all the market agent banks to match and settle the trades within the cut-off time for smooth settlement and avoid fails & Buy-Ins.Monitor Exceptions queues for any amendment(s) of the trades after-market settlement.Attend Weekly client calls, Aged Fail call.Train and mentor new joiners in the process.Assisting colleagues in the team to deal with high volumes.Prepare various MIS reports including Quality tracker for quality assessment and missing client payments.Handling swift messages – MT540 MT542, MT541, MT543, MT103, MT202, MT210.
