I am a driven individual. I enjoy helping people and am passionate about foster care and adoption. I love learning new things and believe that networking is the best strategy to help yourself and others grow. I appreciate the experiences I have had and the knowledge I have acquired and look forward to gaining more. My objective is to continue to help people in all ways possible. I currently am a full time graduate student at the University of Nebraska at Omaha. I am majoring in counseling and am earning concentrations in clinical mental health and school counseling. I evaluated their appropriateness for the program and conducted assessments that are accurate and concise. I worked on a team of individuals to match Bigs and Littles together and prepare their files to be passed on to their match support specialist. I learned a vast amount of problem solving skills from this position and increased my cultural competency greatly. I enjoyed meeting a variety of individuals and it was very fulfilling to see matches become successful! -
