- Manage a team of SharePoint consultants, which currently consists of seven people. The team collaborates on many customer projects, and spends time mentoring each other and working through issues and solutions as a team.- While managing a team and maintaining our social media channels, I have consistently been a resource on customer projects as well. My role typically entails automating business processes with SharePoint workflows and forms.- For our internal SharePoint farm re-build, utilizing information about end user usage and pain points, I created a new site template using PowerShell. We use this automatic site provisioning process so that end users can request a site, and will have a clear path regarding how their site works and what they can do with it- Established a free, weekly live YouTube broadcast, “SharePoint Power Hour”, in July of 2013, where I and members of my team cover topics and demonstrations regarding Office 365 and SharePoint. Since then, we have done a total of 110 episodes, with 30,000 views and our channel has over 9,000 subscribers.

This entailed the use of components such as web parts, forms, and workflows using SharePoint Designer and InfoPath.- Created and taught a successful SharePoint Power User online week-long class on a monthly basis. Continuously kept the content up to date and relevant to both SharePoint on-premises and SharePoint Online with Office365.- Established a corporate social media presence: Created and maintained a Facebook fan page, a twitter account, and a YouTube channel. Established a large following, and drove traffic to our company website. This was done by tweeting at events such as conferences, and by tweeting day-to-day about technical topics.- Worked with customers on intranet planning, user adoption, website homepage planning, and site architecture. - Mentored customers and team members on how to recognize and improve current business processes, gather requirements, and translate them into more efficient processes using SharePoint.- Taught SharePoint, InfoPath, and Nintex workflow training onsite at customer locations. - Architected business intelligence solutions, integrating SSRS with SharePoint. - SharePoint administrator and trainer for 5 years with SPS 2003, WSS 2.0, and MOSS 2007 and WSS 3.0- Rolled out standardized WSS sites for 100 hospital locations.- Performed virtual training sessions for remote hospitals. This included a web-ex session to train all CEOs on their hospital sites.- Put together a system that saved the company over one million dollars, using RightFax and SharePoint together. This system became a standard for all hospitals for their admissions processes.- Created a “SharePoint Help” site that is specifically tailed to the way our company uses SharePoint.- Created custom SharePoint templates and style sheets (CSS) at the portal level and at the WSS site level. - Used the SharePoint DVWP to create a custom web interface to the Trend Control Manager 3.0 database. This allowed desktop support personnel to query desktop virus log information.- Utilized InfoPath to create custom forms for submission directly to SharePoint sites.

- Enterprise-wide administration of all Trend Micro products on all servers, clients, and email- Mastered Trend’s InterScan Messaging Security Suite (IMSS) by creating over 50 custom spam-prevention rules. Monitored spam issues and adjusted the filtering system accordingly- Created custom MS-Access database to interface to the Trend Control Manager back-end. Trend’s CM web interface was inadequate for the reporting we needed. Created custom queries and a GUI for the generation of custom virus and spam reports.- Configured the AD Schema to establish a connection between the RightFax system and Active Directory.- Documentation – created detailed technical documents for every work-process and all server software (setup and settings) for all servers under my responsibility (~20). - Implemented CipherTrust’s Ironmail servers at the SMTP level to replace IMSS for email traffic scanning and filtering. Constructed custom rules and filters in Ironmail.
