As a Purpose and Well-Being Coach and former military spouse of a physician husband for over twenty years, I've seen firsthand the challenges midlife women face. We juggle so much—supporting families, managing careers (or maybe that "curvy" employment history I once had), and tackling the demands of life with a spouse with an intense career. Just like many of you, I spent years prioritizing everyone but myself. Stress, burnout, and unfulfillment became my unwelcome companions. It wasn’t until the symbolic American Flag at my husband's retirement ceremony marked a new chapter for him that it became a turning point for me. It was (finally) my time to stop neglecting myself and reclaim my own well-being.That's why I created the C.A.L.M. method, based on everything I've learned—my personal journey and professional experience as a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC) coach for midlife women to rediscover themselves and prioritize their well-being.With my book, It’s Your Turn, and coaching programs, I’m here for midlife women like you ready to prioritize yourself, listen to your body's signals, and shift your mindset for a life of happiness and fulfillment. If you’re ready to reclaim your purpose and thrive in midlife, I cannot wait to meet you.
