Shari Beth Libicki, PhD, has over 30 years with Ramboll and its predecessor company, Environ, She is currently focused on growing the sustainability practice, and bringing Ramboll's sustainability services. Between 2008 and 2019, Dr. Libicki set the strategic direction for the Air Quality practice, currently a $30 million dollar segment of the firm, ensuring worldwide collaboration among the diverse air quality team, raising profitability and market profile. Dr. Libicki has nine years of board service for Environ, with annual revenues of $250 million dollars prior to the merger with Ramboll. Dr. Libicki’s board service included being a founding member of the audit committee and participating in the executive compensation committee. While on the board, Dr. Libicki established the employee hotline program to allow for easier issue reporting, and implemented programs to improve employee onboarding and retention. Dr. Libicki also focused on bringing sustainability practices to Environ. As a technical consultant, Dr. Libicki assists a wide range of clients with sustainability and air pollution issues, with a focus on reducing the impact of air and GHG emissions and helping clients develop sustainable fuels, products and developments. She has lectured widely on evaluating climate change impacts for new developments and estimating chemical exposures. Dr. Libicki is an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University, in the Chemical Engineering Department, where she currently teaches a course in Sustainable Engineering. She has been associated with the Chemical Engineering Department since 2003.Dr. Libicki is also a Technical Partner with Clearvision Ventures.
