Founded in 2023, Perry Educational Consultants offers academic, behavior and social-emotional advocacy services, centered around a mission to work with families to help children and adolescents find academic and social-emotional success. Founder Shari Perry utilizes her 30 years of expertise as a special educator and central office administrator to help families navigate complicated school systems, while collaboratively problem-solving to develop customized, structured plans of support. Through the process of identifying the specific concern, desired outcome, and school-based and community supports; appropriate school system processes are identified that will enable all stakeholders to collaboratively develop a pro-social menu of supports to expedite meaningful change. In addition, ongoing communication facilitates the process in identifying what additional critical evaluative data is needed, and the most appropriate opportunities for prosocial connections within the school community.We will work together to help children and adolescents find academic and social-emotional success by navigating multi-tiered systems while collaboratively problem-solving to develop customized, structured plans of support.

Responsible for organizing and managing hours-based staffing special education department. Responsibilities include supervision of special education paraeducators and teachers; prioritize and assign case managers and responsibilities; manage special education calendars; communication with school-based staff and parents; coordinate and chair all school based and cluster IEP meetings.
