Create landmarks to be achieved through various training methods.Train all newly hired individuals and those inducted through job rotation activities by ensuring that they comprehend warehouse processes.Observe employees to determine the efficacy of training programs and ensure that any additional training requirements are fulfilled. Exhibit and practice positive communications and team building skills with trainees to ensure a consistently professional environment. Document each training program and module properly and provide follow up for refresher training courses.Develop standard policies, maintain training files and training matrix.Assist with incident investigation, post procedures and implement damage control.Provide on-site and theoretical training in operations and supervision and ensure that all methodologies used are in sync with standard training procedures.

Train new hire associates to safely operate MHE which includes Sitdown Forklift, Reach Truck, Order Picker, and Tugger; Train new hire associates on use of RF Scanner with company operating system. Instruct new hire associates during orientation phase.

Load and unload material from trailer to production floor.

Assist guest as needed, handle transactions

Assist guest with check in and check out, accurately handle transactions, and run reports needed per shift.
