- Share area-wise target vs. monitoring reports with the Head of Sales and Line Manager daily.- Conduct sales analysis & produce reports including store productivity, month on month P6M sales, Channel & sku wise sales, Pan shop branding etc. Also prepare warehouse and SKU wise stock report to see the stock position for sales.- Prepare sales team target and responsible to upload them timely in system. Ensure to run split for targets and RSF in SAP.- Oversee all e-commerce & key account operations, including ordering, execution, stock arrangement, and records maintenance.- Conduct e-commerce and key account data analysis, and regularly update the aging report of customers to inform the Line Manager and Head of Sales.- Coordinate with finance to post e-commerce and key account payments and reconcile invoices to maintain clear records in the system.- Handle finance-related tasks including withholding tax claim and payoffs postings in distributor ledgers.- Coordinate with sales team & finance department for uploading all payments receipt and providing the same to SOM & GM Sales on daily basis.- Issuance of Shalimar Deposit Slips to all Distributors Nationally.- Coordinate with Finance Department for Distributor’s FNF settlement.- Coordinate with IT to open an account for the new distributor and incorporate related data into the system. Additionally, ensure the closing of any previous distributor, if applicable.- Update the SSBI data for the sales team & maintain the heirarchy of sales team in SSBI with their respective region, areas & territories.- Ensure timely processing and accuracy of all the claims of field sales force & coordinate with finance to adjust all the claims. Prepare and process distributor claims and FSOs salaries accurately and on time. - Coordination with Sales team to provide attendance sheet on agreed format and send the same to HR dept by 20th of every month.
