With one and a half years of an unsuccessful sales effort, Omojo reported getting into 10,000 stores in six months by rebranding, developing nine new products, and reinventing sales approach.• Led corporate and GTM strategy for SuperGraphics GTM. Within six months the company saw a 15% increase in monthly sales. Marketing and sales were in sync, generating a 25% increase in sales pipeline.• Led GTM strategy and creative team in creation and implementation for Volant corporate re-brand. Company reached 12-month goal of a 300% increase in sales in only ten months.• Led GTM strategy and creative team for Tone Commander re-brand, now TEO, decreasing go-to-market timeline from forty-eight months per new product to nine new products in a single year. Client base was technology, consumer goods, professional services, and manufacturing.
