With over 10 years of experience in both the commercial and nonprofit sectors, I’ve had the privilege of working at the intersection of technology, journalism, and ministry. Currently, as Chief Information Officer at Urban Ministries, Inc. (UMI), I’m focused on aligning our technology strategies with our mission to serve the African American Christian community.I’ve been fortunate to lead UMI through a digital transformation, helping to implement a new cloud-based platform that supports content creation, management, and email marketing. This project has been a team effort, involving collaboration with talented writers, editors, designers, and theologians to create resources that truly resonate with our audience.Outside of my role at UMI, I’m a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) and hold a Certificate in Theology and Ministry from Princeton Theological Seminary. I also enjoy teaching business writing as an adjunct professor at Dominican University, where I get to share my love for communication and storytelling with students.I’m always open to connecting with others who are passionate about using technology and content to make a positive impact.
