System Retirement Strategy Team - Sr. Analyst
CurrentBon Secours Mercy Health is one of the largest and most expansive health care systems in the country. Our health care locations span seven states - Florida, Kentucky, Maryland, New York, Ohio, South Carolina, Virginia and two countries. Including hospitals and free standing emergency departments, to specialty and primary care locations, lab facilities and imaging centers.Maintains comprehensive understanding of plan design, legal requirements, and administrative practices. Acts as primary contact for third party retirement providers responsible for Bon Secours Mercy Health's defined contribution plan administration. Day-to-day liaison for internal business partners, leaders, and plan participants to gather and analyze data and resolve issues. Supports execution of the plan and tactical requirements to implement changes to Bon Secours Mercy Health's ongoing retirement plan strategy. Provides retirement plan provision interpretation and guidance for defined contribution savings plans (ERISA and Church Plans) to providers and employees. Performs audits to ensure plan compliance. Assists with calculation, validation, and processing of Nonelective Employer Contributions and Match True Up on annual basis. Assists with Nondiscrimination Testing, Annual Audits, and preparation of 5500s. Ensures seamless integration of acquired employees into retirement plans. SME for Workday Human Resources/Payroll software. Provided PeopleSoft technical and functional expertise to the Retirement Strategy Team.
