She has 30+ years of experience in the commercial retail real estate industry with broker’s licenses in California and Nevada. Starting her commercial real estate career after graduating from Santa Clara University, Shari has been extolled with a prolific and successful real estate career. During her time in the industry, she has worked in house for several different retailers, in addition to working as a real estate broker. Her understanding of the site selection process and the affiliated documentation is exceptional.Shari has completed transactions with clients such as Donahue Schriber, SyWest, McNellis Properties, Village Development, Merlone Geier, Ross, Kohl’s, Walmart, Sunflower Markets, Circle K and Pollo Campero. She has mastered the art of school fundraisers, chaired successful Crab Feeds and became proficient at building homecoming floats! Together, she and her husband Chris have taught their girls to be advocates for women’s rights, to respect the planet and to be independent.
