These clusters are spun up on the Elastic Cloud Enterprise setup• Managed about 50 plus nodes (Master, Allocation, Coordinator, Zookeeper) that were running the Docket setup• Single point of contact for the customers right from deployment creation. Understand the customer requirements, suggest the optimum size of the cluster and services they might need, create cluster, user management etc• Provide 24/7 support to the customers in any issues in their clusters based on the severity of the issue• Responsible for day-to-day management of the deployments and ECE platform and also to fix any issues that are faced by the customers in their deployments• Configure, maintain, and optimize clusters including performance tuning and analysis of queries.• Analyse the release notes and perform ECE platform version upgrades whenever a new version is released.
