1. Preparing job description, Job specification, CV sorting and consolidating HR functions previously managed by several departments into a single one. Developing training strategy for workers and employees. 2. Gather and cross check the required information through HIRS for salary disbursement like attendance, leave, loan, advance, transfer etc. and assist the accounts department to prepare, process and disburse the salary and final settlement.3. Day-to-day general activities including preparing all kinds of documentation including offer Letter, appointment letter, acceptance letter, employment certificate, experience letter, confirmation letter, extension letter, etc.4. Follow up security, store challan, gate pass and all kinds of security register.5. Ensure that the grievances and disciplinary procedures are attended and initiated as per the law.
